Classical Music Teaching
As part organization’s ongoing endeavour for promotion
of classical music and increase the base of classical music lovers,
it does systematic training on classical music. Year by year there is
appreciable increase of music learners and many of them have started
earning recognition of their own.
Nadabrahmam Charitable Trust
Nadabrahmam Charitable Trust has been formed by earmarking
a portion of earnings from traditional activities. The main objective
of forming such a trust is to widen the operational base of the organization
in philanthropic activities and extend whatever possible support to
poor and needy. It performs following tasks:
- Extending annual financial assistance to 25-50 poor
Government School students.
- Scouting for artistic talents and encouraging them
for nurturing and blossoming of their natural talents.
- Every year organization felicitates and distributes
awards to musicians, singers and music directors for their outstanding
contribution to music in film and general segment. So far several
reputed persons have been honoured and presented awards.
In the year 2001, the trust made two audio
cassettes in diverse subjects. First one “Sanathana Dharmam”
contained eminent spiritual thinker and writer Shri. Vaidyalinga Sharma.
This has been for awakening of spiritual and moral spirits of common
public. The second one “Thachusasthra Mahatmyam” contained
a series of speeches by Shri. Kanippayyur Krishnan Nampoothirippadu,
a noted astrologer. It contains invaluable astrological aspects regarding
architecture.
For expansion of activities and including
several other services in the fold, Nadabrahmam Charitable Trust, appeals
to all music and art lovers and philanthropists for generous financial
assistance.
